Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Krostio (“the Platform”), operated by SuprBuild, LLC (Wyoming, USA) dba Krostio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Krostio provides income verification services for gig workers, including platform connection via Argyle, alternative credit scoring, verification report generation, and related financial tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18+ to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per person unless on Pro+ Agency plan

4. Platform Connections

By connecting a gig platform account, you authorize Krostio to access your earnings data via Argyle's secure API. You retain ownership of your data. You may disconnect platforms at any time.

5. Krost Alternative Credit Score

The Krost Score is an alternative credit model based on verified earnings data. It is expressly NOT a consumer credit report as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is provided for informational use and does not constitute a credit decision.

6. Fees, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. We use Paddle as our authorised reseller and merchant of record for secure payment processing. When you complete a purchase, you are buying from Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy. Depending on your location, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days (EU/UK/EEA/Switzerland/Turkey/Israel), 7 days (Canada/South Korea/Brazil/China), or 5 days (Singapore) of your Transaction date. Paddle also offers a discretionary refund review for requests submitted within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund or cancel a subscription, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not misuse the Platform for fraudulent activity
• You may not scrape or reverse-engineer the service
• You may not share verified reports without consent
• You may not impersonate others on the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Krostio provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including lender decisions based on generated reports.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
